About Me

I am qualified to Masters level as a Psychological Psychotherapist working with children, young people and their families. I provide bespoke therapeutic interventions for the complexity of individual, group and family needs. I have extensive experience engaging with and supporting a diverse multi-cultural, multi gendered, neurodiverse  and economic background of clients.

 

I hold over 22 years of experience working within a range of environments including Primary and Secondary schools, charities including Place2Be, Up Foundation and the Caspari Foundation, Camden Open minded - Children Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and private practice.

My Master's qualification was undertaken at the globally renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, a leader in pioneering emotional and psychological wellbeing treatments and theories. I had four years of quality training in the clinical practice of children's, young people and family Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Play-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Approaches, Mindfulness and Neuroscience.

As a former Childcare and Education Practitioner, I hold a Diploma in Childcare and Education and also trained and held positions as a Learning Mentor.

​

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) and uphold the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists Code of Ethics.

​

I am listed on the Race Aware Directory of The Anti-Discrimination Foundation UK.
